This policy explains how Virgo Lubricants Trading L.L.C (“Virgo”, “we”), a limited liability company (llc) licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism under commercial licence 1658605, handles personal data collected through this website. We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect
- Enquiry details you type into the quote request or contact form: name, company, email, phone number, business type, delivery location, products, quantities and your message.
- Messages you send us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical data that web servers record for every request, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, kept in short-lived server logs for security.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation (your request, and steps before a contract).
- To supply and support products you order, including delivery and documentation (performance of a contract).
- To keep the website secure and working (our legitimate interests).
- To measure visits, only if you allow analytics cookies (your consent).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, form-handling and email providers, and logistics partners delivering your order. They may only use the data on our instructions. Some providers process data outside the UAE; where they do, we rely on safeguards permitted under UAE law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months. Customer and order records are kept for as long as UAE commercial and tax law requires. Server logs are kept for no more than 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent at any time, and receive your data in a portable format. Email virgolubes@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.
Cookies and similar storage
We keep cookie use to a minimum:
- Essential: a browser storage entry named
virgo-consentremembers your cookie choice. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. This cannot be switched off, because without it we would ask you on every page. - Analytics (off unless you agree): anonymous visit statistics that show which products people look for.
- Marketing (off unless you agree): measurement of campaigns that brought you to the site.
External services open in a new window under their own policies: WhatsApp when you choose to message us, and Google Maps when you ask for directions.
